A LUXURY TRIP TO CROATIA & MONTENEGRO WITH THE LEGACY UNTOLD

CROATIA LUXURY TRAVEL

Everywhere you look in Croatia there is something jaw-droppingly beautiful to behold: the lavender fields of sunny Hvar, the 1,000 islands that dot the sapphire sea along the coast of Split, the palaces of Zagreb. And long before it was made famous as a filming location for “Game of Thrones” the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik was called the “pearl of the Adriatic” by Lord Byron for its astounding beauty. One of our favorite ways to explore is cruising in a Riva-style speedboat through the stunning bays and crystal clear water surrounded by an amphitheater of mountains.

But there is more than just meets the eye to experiencing Croatia – foodies will have many opportunities to explore the region with their taste buds, whether it’s truffle hunting and wine tasting, or devouring sea to table oysters & mussels. Hvar’s nightlife scene rivals that of Mykonos. And curious explorers can walk sun-soaked beaches, medieval villages, and open air markets on foot.

MONTENEGRO LUXURY TRAVEL

Montenegro’s finest luxury hotel property One&Only Portonovi can be reached easily from Dubrovnik where the focus is on wellness, relaxation, and fine dining in a stunning spot at the edge of a rugged fjord. Thanks to an exclusive partnership with world-renowned wellness brand Chenot, some guests check in for a journey specifically to detox and reset their body. The dining options here are exceptional and varied, from a World class Italian restaurant to a super sexy Japanese spot overlooking the marina.

PRIVATE YACHTS AND VILLAS IN CROATIA & MONTENEGRO

This part of the world is so beautiful that photographs of the landscapes and historic towns look like paintings. If you have the time to see more of the region, we recommend one week on land in one of the glorious luxury hotels below or a private villa, followed by one week sailing and island hopping across the azure Adriatic sea on a private yacht to really appreciate the beauty of the Croatian and Montenegrin coastlines.

The picturesque Adriatic coastline has been underrated and under-explored for too long. On the flip side, unlike the icons of western Europe, you can feel like an earlier visitor in a place less touched by tourism. The time to go is now – let us take you there!

WHEN TO GO

Croatia and Montenegro experience a mild, mediterranean climate. Summers in the northern hemisphere (June to September) are warm and dry, but popular and crowded. Spring and Autumn are still lovely and less crowded, but cooler. Winters are still relatively mild and a good time for history buffs and foodies to focus on history and gastronomy. .
